What happens if you exceed your space
We let you upload up to 150% of your purchased space. Beyond that, uploads are refused.
From the moment you exceed the space you paid for, you have 30 days to get back within it. We send notices on days 1, 8, 15, 26 and 30. On day 30, if you are still over, we automatically delete files until you fit: first those not marked as favourites, oldest first, then favourites too if that is not enough.
Deletion is permanent and does not pass through the trash. We cannot choose what to keep for you, because we cannot see the content. Your account includes an assistant showing your largest files, duplicates and old versions, so you can decide.
Used space includes live files, history versions, trash contents and thumbnails. You see it broken down, so it does not look like an error.

Do prices include VAT?
The association is not registered for VAT, so the displayed prices are final. Nothing is added at checkout.
What happens if I cancel?
The account moves to the free 30 MB Demo plan at the end of the paid period. If your data exceeds 30 MB, the 30 day grace period applies, with notices, then automatic deletion of the oldest files. Data is not deleted at the moment of cancellation.
What does the ten year plan mean?
You pay once and the plan is yours for 120 months. We notify you 11 months before expiry. Extra space, if you buy it, is billed annually even in this case.
Can I move to a smaller plan?
Yes, if your data fits in the new plan. If it does not, we refuse the change and tell you exactly how much you need to free up. We do not schedule a downgrade that would trigger months later, when you have forgotten about it.
Who processes the payment?
Stripe Payments Europe. Card details never pass through our servers and we never see them. Invoices are issued by Stripe and available in your account.
